SUBLIME- Late at Tate Britain
Drawing inspiration from Turner’s work, and notions of the sublime in his paintings, we (Light & Shadow Salon) will present “SUBLIME”, an evening of moving image, listening sessions, conversation and live music, exploring the Sublime from a variety of different perspectives.This evening will include a rare screening of The Quay Brother’s beautiful and haunting short film ” In Absentia”, and will feature a panel discussion with writer, curator and editor Gareth Evans and philosopher Iain Hamilton Grant.
